Our employees, leaders, and partners work together to put those products in our customers’ hands, and back up our work with a commitment to preserve, protect, and improve the environment--not just the broader ecosystem, but also the local communities where we do business.

Culture Add, Not Culture Fit

Every day, PMI’s culture is created and refined by its employees. Take away our people and you take away our culture. That’s why we not only embrace diversity, we seek it out as a key element of our company’s success.
